The Bellas Artes Alliance presents the Pan Americana Festival 2013 on Friday, March 15 and Saturday, March 16, 2013 at the Emma S. Barrientos Mexican American Cultural Center. The Pan Americana Festival is a FREE SXSW showcase featuring music, food, dancing, art, and a kid zone from 4 - 11 p.m. each night.
Latin music lovers will enjoy the sounds of El Dusty, Grupo Fantasma, Master Blaster, El Tule, Celso Piña Kinky, and more. A free shuttle service will be available to and from parking lots at Sanchez Elementary School (73 San Marcos St), Martin Middle School (1601 Haskell St.) and Fiesta Gardens (2101 Jesse E. Segovia St.). Refreshments will be sold on-site and doors open at 4 p.m.
