Aviation Academy Open House

Phoenix Arising Aviation Academy will host an Open House on Saturday, March 3, 2012, from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. Families are invited to enjoy hands-on activities for kids ages 7 and above, including model airplane-making, creating and launching a Goddard rocket, and taking a ride on a hover craft. Kids will also have an opportunity to see what it's like to be a pilot, by trying flight simulators. There will be refreshments and drawings for some fun prizes.  

Phoenix Arising Aviation Academy is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting science, technology, engineering and math education through fun after-school programs, workshops and camps, with an aviation theme.
